The World Affairs Council
of Seattle will host a discussion on May 15 with Jessica Stern of the
International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission and Dr. Kapya Kaoma of
Political Research Associates, moderated by Charlene Strong of the Washington
State Human Rights Commission and the Seattle Lesbian. The GSBA is a
