Keith Dussell will begin his new role as Diversity and Inclusion Specialist. Keith will be an intregal part of our Compliance and Diversity Programs team and will be tasked with the implementation and sustainability of our overall Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
Keith has been with Alaska Airlines since 2004 where he started as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Airport Services and FAA Regulatory Compliance. He went on to work as an Airport Services Technical Publishing Specialist and most recently as a Projects Specialist for that same division. Additionally, Keith is a founding member of one of our first employee resource groups and his expertise has been tapped by new ERG's within AAG and outside the company.
Keith has his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Pacific Lutheran University and a Masters of Science, Project Management from the University of Alaska, Anchorage, School of Engineering.
In addition to his work experience, Keith has extensive Diversity, Community Outreach and Volunteering experience.
