Seattle PFLAG's Summer Soirée

Please join us for a memorable evening in support of Seattle PFLAG with personal reflections from Anne Levinson, a leader in many battles fought and won, and those still to come.

Anne Levinson has been an effective and passionate advocate for LGBT rights throughout her distinguished career. Professionally, she has served as Deputy Mayor of Seattle, chaired the State Utilities and Transportation Commission, and served as a municipal court judge, among many other roles. As a community advocate, she helped found the Privacy Fund and Hands Off Washington, and chaired the campaigns that defeated attempts to repeal our state’s anti-discrimination and domestic partnership laws. Judge Levinson currently serves as an independent advisor to the City of Seattle on police misconduct issues, and is a co-owner of the league-leading WNBA team, the Seattle Storm.
